Title: Cranberry Nut Bread #1
Categories: Quick
Yield: 1 Servings

2/3cOrange juice
6tbWhite vinegar
7/8cWater
2 Eggs
1 1/2cSugar
1cCranberries
1cChopped nuts
4cFlour
2tsBaking soda
2tsSalt

Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Add in cranberries and nuts. Combine dry ingredients and then add to first mixture. ( CAUTION: soda combining with vinegar will cause this to quickly double in volume, so use a big bowl to mix this in.) Pour batter into 2 large or 4 small loaf pans that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for large loaves or 30 minutes for small loaves.

NOTE: The actual title as it appears in the cookbook is without the ~BL but Mastercook refused to name it that since that title already exists. Did not want to take anything away from the authors of this great effort!
